Your place

For all that Saint Paul has to offer, what makes us special is our people. And we are invested in those who will define the Saint Paul of tomorrow. We make opportunity accessible and cultivate openness — in space and mindset — to what’s next. For those who have diverse viewpoints, fresh ideas and unending drive, Saint Paul is your place to grow.

All in Saint Paul

Downtown is more than the walls of your office or your home, downtown is the social center of the city. It’s where you collaborate over coffee, meet friends for happy hour and come for evening events.

ALL IN SAINT PAUL brings together people and place in downtown by connecting local artists and business owners to spark collaboration and creativity by reimagining underutilized spaces.

These spaces were imagined with you in mind and were designed to be places where you can experience more downtown magic.

Future of Futures

Plus/And Studio, Amanda Lovelee and Emily Stover

Osborn370 Plaza, June - September 2022

A public art installation and initiative that asks people to dream about our shared futures through curiosity, play, and planning. Futures>>>Forest is a temporary outdoor office environment that provides public work space, inclusive community, and productive conversation on Osborn Plaza. This sculptural table reimagines the traditional conference table into an octagon promoting egalitarian power dynamics and features Saint Paul’s youngest forest planted in the center.

Lagoon

Girl Friday Collective, Carly

Securian 401 Building, June - October 2022

Thousands of individual strands of flagging tape tied to a ceiling grid created high and low points mimicking the feel of water. This surprise found in the skyways gives you a moment of pause--stand beneath it, stare at the water and feel the tranquility that comes from being on the lake.

Assemblage StPL

Burlesque of North America, Wes Winship and Mike Davis

7th Place Mall, June - November 2022

ASSEMBLAGE STPL is an ongoing public art installation which offers a fresh look at a familiar subject. Exploring the make-up of a city by deconstructing and recontextualizing street signs and elements of graffiti and historical imagery using recycled and donated materials.

Monarches

Rock “Cyfi” Martinez

Wells Fargo Place skyway, November 2022-ongoing

MONARCHES depicts four monarch butterflies in motion, these beautiful invertebrates, famous for their yearly migration from the United States and Canada south to California and Mexico, were officially added to the US endangered species list in 2022. This work aims to draw attention to the critical role monarch butterflies play in our many food webs and living ecosystems, and inspire the community to join in efforts for monarch protection and conservation.
