The Saints, in partnership with the Downtown Alliance, Securian Financial, SPIRE Credit Union, Minnesota Pork and Hubbard Broadcasting, are throwing a weekend long party beginning each day with live music, food and drinks, and fun and games, then ending with baseball, food trucks and fireworks! While there will be fireworks following every game July 2-4, the weekend wraps up in big way with a SPIREworks Supershow after Sunday night's game.
BLOCK PARTIES
From 2:00-5:00 P.M. on both Saturday and Sunday, Mears Park in Lowertown St. Paul will be turning 6th Street into a block party-style outdoor event. We will be celebrating the re-opening of downtown with live music, games, drink vendors, and other fun activities for people of all ages.
BASEBALL
Following the Block Party in Mears Park, the celebration continues as the St. Paul Saints will be opening the gates to CHS Field at 4:30 P.M. and host the Omaha Storm Chasers.
FOOD TRUCKS
At the conclusion of the St. Paul Saints game, all fans in attendance get to make their way on to the field for the post-game food truck rally. There will be plenty of local fare from a variety of different food truck vendors to enjoy!
FIREWORKS
To finish the night, all fans attending the St. Paul Saints game will also get to see the downtown sky light up with a spectacle of fireworks celebrating Independence Day, and the Downtown Welcome Back Weekend!
